Coaching has had a profound impact, enabling me to look at and question things. Setting goals has helped to provide a format from which I will continue to progress forward. I am grateful to Denise for her skills and the way which she has encouraged me whilst supporting my space.

Before undertaking personal coaching I thought i had an idea of what I wanted in life. Whilst I could describe these vague goals, it seemed a number of factors were not clear, some where not even known. In working through a programme of coaching with Denise, not only have these goals become clear, the route and time table to attain them has also been mapped out. Before coaching a number of my dreams seemed 'over there', the path to 'over there' was not clear. I now know I am in a stronger position to take control of what I am doing and how my life will develop.
