Team building works best when individuals can explore their preferred style of work, understand the effectiveness of their communication and their impact on their team members.

Team building sessions are more effective when delivered experientially, rather than simply in the classroom. Your team will get an opportunity to work together on projects which requires a cohesive effort, then review what went well and what can be developed. Progress is incremental, individual will feel their own progress, understand what works for them and take this back to the workplace for the benefit of the team.
